Dame Julie Andrews is 75 today, October 1, 2010. 75. How can that be possible?
Her work has delighted me since I first saw The Sound of Music in 1965 -- but more than that, her person, her way of being inspires me, and I am so grateful to have been around on this earth at the same time as this truly wonderful woman.

Agreed- She is the stuff. Love love her. From Sound of Music to The Princess Diary's. (Try not to judge me, I've seen both about 4 times.)
